Break eggs in a bowl. Start and mix, add the sugar gradually and mix until it doubles in volume and the composition is frothy. Add the mascarpone and milk, mix well.

Sift the flour, add it over the above composition with baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Spin them well with a spatula. At the end, add the vanilla. Cut 4-5 pieces into small cubes, incorporate them into the composition obtained.

Grease with butter and line with baking paper, a round tray with a diameter of 23 cm. Pour the cake composition, level it. Cut the other plums into long slices, place them on top.


Put the cake in the hot oven at 170 degrees C for 45 minutes. Do the toothpick test before removing it. When it is ready, take it out of the oven and let it cool, then portion it and serve. It's great simple, with a coffee / tea / milk or to pack. Enjoy your meal!
