Pour the composition into a yena or silicone bowl. Place in the oven heated to 180 degrees and hold for about 50-60 minutes (until it catches a crust on top).

My dear ones, I have been making this blackberry recipe for more than 20 years and I tell you that you can't go wrong, it's so simple and fast that I think it could be made by even the most clumsy in the kitchen. With simple ingredients and available to anyone, you will come up with an extraordinary cake, which you will fall in love with right away.

Ingredients

  • Old 230 g
  • Butter 120 g
  • White flour 240 g
  • Cocoa 50 g
  • Baking powder 7 g
  • Walnuts / almonds or mixture 150 g
  • Apricot jam 100 g
  • Milk 150 ml
  • Eggs 2 pcs
  • Raisins / cranberries 100 g

Step by step method

Put the sugar and eggs in a bowl and beat them with a food processor or a whisk until they froth and all the sugar dissolves.

We add in turn, half of the jam, the butter at room temperature, the raisins, half of the amount of nuts and we incorporate them.

Separately in another bowl sift the flour together with the cocoa and baking powder, mix them so that they are as homogenous as possible.

Add the cocoa flour and the ready-sifted baking powder over the oa composition and mix very well, so that it does not remain lumpy.

We pour the composition in a tray lined with baking paper and on top we put the other half of the jam, which we distribute as evenly as possible on the surface of the blackberry.

After we have distributed the jam over the blackberry, we add the rest of the nuts in the rain and put it in the oven for about 40 minutes at 180 degrees, or until it passes the toothpick test.

After removing it from the oven, let it cool and cut it into pieces according to your preferences. It can be served with an apricot, cherry or cherry coulis, but also with a chocolate sauce. I wish you good appetite and I invite you to test the recipe!

In a double-bottomed saucepan (cast iron), put the milk, sugar, rum, citrus peel, salt powder. Mix very well and put on the fire.

Shirataki pasta is washed in several waters and can be boiled before. Boil the normal pasta according to the instructions. Add the pasta over the sauce and stir. Add to the composition 2-3 lbs of skim cheese and pour the composition into a tray.

Mix the eggs with the rest of the cheese and pour the mixture over the pasta and meat mixture. Homogenize and place the tray in the oven heated to 180 degrees where you leave for about 20-25 minutes.

Croissant pudding: a recipe prepared at random if I may write like this, I had nothing prepared for her but a bag of croissants that keeps walking from the table to the pantry :).

Croissant pudding

  • 8 croissants (simple without filling)
  • 500ml milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons sugar

  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • a little butter and breadcrumbs for the baking dish

To start, preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius.

Beat the eggs lightly with the sugar, cinnamon, vanilla sugar and add the warm milk.

Bake the pudding for 15-20 minutes until nicely browned.

We take it out of the oven, let it cool well and then turn it over on a plate.

For decoration I mixed 200ml whipped cream with a tablespoon of nutella but you can use a fruit sauce or simply jam.

It is very good, I almost wanted to eat it warm :)

Pour the whole composition into the pan with the burnt sugar and bake for 40-50 minutes. When it is ready, take it out of the oven and leave it to cool for 30 minutes. Then I take a large plate and cover the pan with the face. I return the pan and the pudding remains on the plate. I'm not lifting the pan. I leave it like this until it cools or at least an hour. A syrupy and fragrant pudding comes out.
