This dessert-y sipper in bartender Tony Abou-Ganim's "Vodka Distilled" has rich, chocolaty underpinnings, so “the drink will pair best with a New-World corn-based or wheat-based vodka rich in vanilla or cocoa elements,” according to Abou-Ganim.
- 2 oz Vodka
- 1 oz Godiva chocolate liqueur
- 1/2 oz Simple syrup
- 1/4 tsp Sweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp Egg white
- Garnish: Grated semisweet chocolate
Add all of the ingredients in a mixing glass, and shake vigorously until blended (long enough to dissolve the cocoa powder).
Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass, and dust with the grated chocolate.
