This tequila-and-mezcal drink, from Tippling Bros., with apple cider and ginger beer is a delicious tipple for the fall or winter.
- spice sugar
- 1 ounce tequila
- 1/2 ounce mezcal
- 1 1/2 ounce apple cider
- 3/4 ounce lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- Ginger beer
- Garnish: diced red apple
Coat the rim of a Collins glass with spice sugar, fill with ice and set aside.
Add the tequila, mezcal cider and lemon juice to a shaker, and fill with ice.
Shake, and strain into the prepared glass.
Fill with ginger beer and garnish with diced red apple.
