Strawberry jam recipe
After I cleaned and washed the strawberries well, I put them in a bowl together with half the amount of sugar and lemon juice. I then left them for a few hours, covered, cold. The juice obtained was mixed with the rest of the sugar and I put it on the fire until it dissolved completely. I then added the strawberries and let them boil on the right heat, without stirring, until the composition was bound.
To find out if it has boiled enough, take 2-3 tablespoons of the jam and let them cool well.
Hot jam, we put it in sterilized jars.
