We make a dough from the ingredients and leave it in the fridge for 1 hour.

From the dough we spread a sheet and cut the slices with a glass that we always pass through the flour. Put the molds in a tray lined with baking paper and leave on the right heat in the oven for 10-15 minutes. We make the cream from the banana mixture with mascarpone, jam and ground walnuts. When they are ready, put a spoonful of cream and a slice of kiwi on each form.

Good appetite.

Out of love for coffee

I look forward to gathering the whole family for the holidays and to enjoy in peace a story and a food that will delight our souls and taste buds. So until it's time to sit down, there's still time for some rehearsals. And that's how I discovered a wonderful cream that lets itself be pampered exactly as it is or if you want to take everything to another level, let the cream sink into a fluffy countertop. Whatever option you choose, I promise you will not be left with regrets.

Simple, short and to the point the necessary ingredients are 3 in number:

Step 1

Just list the ingredients and realize that you can't go wrong.

So I made two servings of espresso coffee so that all the aroma of the coffee was concentrated to the maximum to give a strong character to my dessert.

Step 2

I poured the hot coffee over the chopped chocolate and in a few energetic movements the sweetness of the chocolate began to flirt with the enticing taste of the coffee. The result was a wonderful, balanced and fragrant sauce.

Step 3

Over the mascarpone cheese I added a drop of sauce and mixed until fully incorporated. I got a sour cream with a divine taste that coffee lovers will fall in love with right away.

Oh and one more thing, I know it's hard, but if you have a little patience to cool the cream for an hour, the joy of the tasting will be just right.

Coffee recipes. New flavors for regular foods

A cup of coffee is the perfect start to a busy day, but the black and fragrant drink is good for something other than waking up. We teach you how to include it in recipes.

Coffee has a special affinity for meats and desserts. It is a perfect ingredient in marinades and sauces, but also in cakes with aromas of citrus, cinnamon and chocolate. You can think of it as a special spice that highlights other tastes in food.

Combine coffee with other strong flavors

Ground coffee beans will improve and amplify the flavors next to almost any kind of meat (beef, pork or chicken). You can use it in marinades and sauces with cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, citrus peels, paprika, mustard, chili, garlic, tomatoes.

Use coffee in all its forms

Ground coffee is perfect in marinades, while the coffee you drink in the morning can be used in sauces. You can freeze coffee in ice cube trays and use it more easily, whenever you need recipes.

The basic rule is to use ground coffee only in the ways that are to be cooked on the fire, because otherwise you will have the feeling that you are eating the leftovers in the cup. Remember that ground coffee will taste stronger than liquid coffee.

How to use coffee

We liked the ideas presented by the magazines Reader & rsquos Digest and Bon Appetit to use coffee in the kitchen.

ready grilled meat. Make a mixture of ground coffee, paprika, chili, cumin, salt and pepper. Add a powder of sugar to balance the bitterness in the coffee and use this spice mix for beef or pork steaks before grilling.

A special marinade for turkey meat It can be made from coffee, cider vinegar, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, sugar and cinnamon powder. Use it for turkey breast (boneless and skinless) cooked either in the oven or steamed.

For a onion soup with a special taste, mix a quarter teaspoon of espresso for every 250ml of soup.

Transform a grating sauce trivial in a strong one, mixing a few teaspoons of coffee to filter in it.

For chocolate desserts you can replace 1-2 teaspoons of liquid from the recipe with hot espresso. Fits in brownies, puddings, fondue, mousse, chocolate sauce biscuits. And in powdered sugar glazes you can add fresh coffee.

To get the best coffee flavors, buy coffee beans and grind when you need to. Coffee (ground or beans) loses its flavor quickly if not stored properly. The coffee beans are kept in an airtight container, in closed and dry places for a few weeks. Ground coffee can also be kept in the refrigerator.

Method of preparation

Prepare the caramel - In a small saucepan put the sugar, lemon juice and water on the fire, mix from time to time until it thickens a little and becomes caramel and remove from the heat.

Biscuits - put all the dry ingredients in the food processor and leave until they form crumbs, add the yolks and vanilla essence and process until the dough forms, which we collect in nylon and leave in the fridge for 15 minutes. We lined a tray with parchment. We spread the dough on a floured plate and we spread a sheet of dough and with shapes we take out biscuits that we place on the tray. The yolk mixed with 2 tablespoons of caramel mix well and grease the biscuits with it twice and then bake at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.

Meanwhile, prepare the chocolate - In a saucepan heat the cream and add the rest of the ingredients, mix well, let it boil a little until it thickens without lumps and pour into coffee cups and add the baked biscuits - which can be soaked in chocolate.

Fasting biscuits with jam, for tea - recipe

ingredients

  • 150 ml of water
  • 150 ml of oil
  • 140 g of sugar
  • 150 g of starch
  • 350 g of flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 250 g of jam

Method of preparation

Put the water in a large bowl. Add sugar, salt and vanilla sugar. Mix with a tel.

Mix the flour with the starch and baking powder in another bowl, then incorporate the oil.

Gradually incorporate the above mixture of water and sugar. When it starts to thicken, knead with your hands.

You need to get a homogeneous, soft shell that no longer sticks to your hands.

You can shape the dough immediately, you don't have to let it rest.

Spread it on a sheet and use any form of biscuits you have at home. Ideally, you should make round biscuits.

After cutting the biscuits out of the sheet, tighten the remaining edges and spread out another sheet.

Place the biscuits in the oven tray greased with oil and lined with baking paper.

Turn on the oven and let it preheat to 180 degrees Celsius.

Put the tray in the hot oven and leave it for about a quarter of an hour. If you want them to stay soft, don't bake them too long. On the surface it should remain white and on the bottom it should brown a little.

Allow the biscuits to cool completely.

Then finely grind some biscuits, using a mini food processor.

Grease each biscuit with a little jam, then pass it through the ground biscuits to cover them.

You can use strawberry, apple, quince, orange, plum, etc. jam.
