3 eggs
150 g brown sugar
150 g butter
5 tablespoons cocoa
150 g flour
150 g ground walnuts
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 sachet of vanilla bourbon sugar

For glaze:
100 ml sour cream
100 g chocolate

I mixed the butter together with the sugar, I added the yolks and I mixed again.
I added cocoa, ground walnuts, vanilla sugar and rum essence.
I whipped the egg whites and added them to the cream.
At the end I added flour and baking powder, incorporating easily.
I cut a piece of baking paper and put it in the Zepter bowl.
I poured the blackberry composition, covered the pot with the lid and put it on low heat.
After 15 minutes the indicator needle reached the beginning of the green area and I stopped the fire.
After another 15 minutes I lifted the lid of the vessel. Black and ripe.
I also preferred to make him a chocolate icing (from sour cream and pieces of chocolate mixed on the fire).
I cut the blackberry into suitable pieces, I separated the pieces a little and I poured the icing on top.

How to make coconut cake, glazed with chocolate

For starters it will be put butter (melted at room temperature) cut into pieces (in a high saucepan, over low heat), together with powdered sugar, orange peel (do not reach boiling point).

White coconut will put in a bowl, then added butter melted and warmed, mixing with a spatula, until it becomes like a & # 8221 dough & # 8221.

In a form square 20/20 cm, wallpapered with baked paper, will stretch & # 8222cooked & # 8221 coconut, leveling with a spatula, then shape into cool in the fridge for about 2 hours (the cake must be well hardened).

After the cake has hardened, it will be removed from the mold on a work surface and portioned in the form of suitable bars or squares.

Milk and dark chocolate, will melt in liquid cream, in a bain-marie bowl, adding rum for better taste.

Coconut cake sticks, will be taken individually on a pallet, then poured melted chocolate with the help of a spoon (each bar should be on top of the bowl with melted chocolate, in order to drain the excess chocolate in the bowl, not to scatter anything).

After icing, coconut cake bars, they will be placed on a plate, to be cooled (to harden the glaze), then served or given to loved ones.
